Currently, all items are on pre-order. Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery. Once the order is placed, you will receive a receipt with a confirmation of your order.
You may cancel a pre order item up until the time your order has begun processing. To cancel a preorder item, please send an email to email@example.com, If the order has not started processing. Once your order has been processed it may no longer be cancelled.
All returns will be accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once a return has been initiated, you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions to complete the return. Please allow 7-10 days for all returns to be processed.
Please include the original packing slip so that we may easily locate your order for refund. If original packing slip is not available, please write your order number clearly on the box. Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and unused. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as intimate wear, swimwear or undergarments and gift cards. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted for return.
Shipping is not provided for returns. Customer must cover shipping costs. Shipping cost for original order is not refundable. It is recommended to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to verify the return and receipt of your package.
If you would like to make an exchange, please follow the steps to return the item, then place a new order.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.

Standard shipping is free for all U.S. orders. Should you want Expedited or overnight shipping, please send an email to email@example.com immediately after placing your order, with your order number so that we ensure you receive your order timely. Once your order has been processed, the shipping method cannot be changed.
